How Ordering Process Works
Our ordering process is very simple. No orders will be put into production until you have confirmed a digital proof layout and made payment. Below is the process..
(1) Quote
We'll send you a quote tailored to the information provided in the form. Please include as many details as possible for an accurate estimate.
(2) Artwork design
Once you decide to proceed, we'll request your image. Our artwork team will then collaborate with you to create a digital proof layout.
(3) Confirming Proof and Payment
After you approve the proof, we will request your delivery address and send you a Tax Invoice via email. Upon receiving your payment, we will begin production.
We promptly respond to all quote inquiries. Just fill out the form, and we'll send you a quote via email.

How long until you ship?
Most custom orders dispatched in 2-3 business days. We will confirm a production time on your quote.
How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping is free on our custom flags.
Are your flags Australian made?
Absolutely, Our print facility and offices are based in Geebung QLD. We have been manufacturing flags and banners for over 15 years. Here is our Australian Made Certificate
Can I return my order?
Custom printed flags you cannot. Once you have approved the artwork proof and layout, made payment your order will go into production.
It is very important your check your design proof and make sure all text and layouts are correct.
We will not start production untill all these steps have been confirmed.
